A 21-year-old college student named Akshat Srivastava has been arrested by the Nagpur Police for allegedly raping his stepmother. The incident resulted in a four-month pregnancy for the 26-year-old survivor.
As the police complaint reads, the woman met 55-year-old Vikas Srivastava, a manager at a private bank, in 2024 for the prospect of a job. However, their relationship flourished with time and ended up in a marriage, which Akshat, Vikas’s son, disapproved of.
