MSF Launches Allied Healthcare Diploma Programme With Mangalayatan University to Support Healthcare Skill Development
The Monica Sarin Foundation (MSF) has partnered with Mangalayatan University, Aligarh, to launch an Advanced Diploma-level programme in Allied Healthcare, with a focus on Medical Laboratory Technology.
The initiative aims to address the growing demand for trained Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHPs) in India while expanding access to vocational education and industry-oriented skills.
The collaboration is part of MSF's broader goal of skilling 50,000 students by 2030 across Delhi-NCR and creating a pipeline of trained professionals for the healthcare sector.
Focus on Allied Healthcare Skills
India's healthcare sector is witnessing increasing demand for trained professionals who support diagnosis, treatment and patient care.
The collaboration between MSF and Mangalayatan University is designed to bridge the gap between healthcare education and workforce requirements by providing students with structured training and practical exposure.
Aashman Sarin, Director and Founding Member, Monica Sarin Foundation, said the partnership is aimed at expanding access to quality vocational education and industry-aligned skill development.
He said the programme will provide students with recognised qualifications, practical skills and potential pathways to employment in the healthcare sector.
Advanced Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
